Phoenix Jones – A New Superhero In Seattle

January 8, 2011

(illseed news) A man was about to have his car broken into and suddenly a real life superhero leapt in and interrupted the thieving bum before he had the chance to act.

That person was Phoenix Jones and he is a superhero.

Phoenix Jones is a Seattle-area vigilante that does not use 911 or snitching tactics like the rest of us. No, he approaches would-be criminals and does his job. Dan, the man that was about to have his car broken into, said P.J. just popped up.

“[The crook] started sticking [a car thief tool] down between the window and the rubber strip,” said Dan and suddenly his hero arrived.

“From the right, this guy comes dashing in, wearing this skin-tight rubber, black and gold suit, and starts chasing him away,” said Dan.

Phoenix Jones isn’t a small man. He wears a black and gold suit that is equipped with a bulletproof vest, an anti-stab plate, and mace. He also has a night stick to pummel victims.

Phoenix was unable to capture the crook, which would make one question whether or not this is a hoax.

Police have not questioned Phoenix Jones, but he will undoubtedly have to since vigilantism is illegal in America. Even Batman had this plight in “The Dark Knight.”

We, at illseed news, hope Phoenix Jones doesn’t come across any gat-toting criminals.

Seriously? Theres a Super Hero Movement going on? while i applaud these guys bravery and intentions (if this is true and not a hoax) they would get fucked up against real criminals with guns and numbers.

Sorry if this is a little spammy, but I couldn’t find a way to contact you to ask permission before I posted it. If you’re interested in Real-Life Superheroes, check out my new book, “I, Superhero!!” It’s a humorous, nonfiction look at the “movement.” If you want to try before you buy, you can get a free PDF of the first 1 1/2 chapters by writing me at Thanks!
