[ News] How do you “find” a baby in jail?

Peach County authorities in Macon, GA did just that. A baby girl was found in a toilet of a jail cell.

Cornelia Kornegay, 25, of Roberta, GA was caught trying to do something with the baby. She was either trying to kill it or hide it, it seems.

She confessed to the correctional authorities that she had a baby in the toilet.

Deputies reportedly found the newborn upside down with its head underwater. The child didn’t die and Kornegay somehow managed to hide the fact that she was pregnant.

She will probably be charged with felony cruelty to children, among other infractions.

The baby has been moved to a hospital and listed in “good condition.”

Wonder how long she was in jail for? And if she was there more than 9 months, then which guard got her pregnant? Anyway, poor baby, born to a person in jail and then sitting upside down in a dirty jail toilet. Ew
