Heath Ledger tapped into the inner meglo-maniac of abnormal people everywhere with his portrayal of The Joker in Dark Knight. He made us forget it was a damn movie about Batman. Sadly, the character apparently took a woeful toll on Ledger. Even Jack Nicholson, the other great Joker, claims he warmed that the role would tax the psyche. Film makers will probably be unable to offer another Joke for another decade to give fans a chance to recover from this phenomenal performance. Jack’s role didn’t exactly get ethered into oblivion, but in the words of Terrance Howard…he got his shoes stretched with Heath stepped into them.

Jack Nicholson as The Joker

Who? Sorry, the 70’s Joker is only in the minds of the ancient.

He ain’t no joke. R.I.P. Heath Ledger.

Dedication to Heath Ledger.

Im curious if that really did effect him that much playing the role of joker. I mean, did he act like joker 24/7 so he can keep up the act?…..All in all, R.I.P Heith Ledger.
